TO THE ESSENTIAL
After more than fifteen years at the head of my graphic communication firm, I felt that the passion was no longer there and that my professional career was at an end. Together with Alvin we decided to sell the business and go back to basics.
Being nature lovers, having grown up along the sea, long walks on the beaches and in the forest bring us back to the essential.
We had started this journey several years ago. We travel the beaches to find unique pieces of driftwood, which inspire us by their shape, texture and colors. By using our own hands we are given them a second life! This wood is brought into harmony with my photographs and transformed into furniture, sculptures or murals artworks.
PASSION: PHOTOGRAPHY
My passion for photography started in high school and turned into a year of college study in applied photography.
Halfway between urban and wild animal photography, my passion is defined by minimalist images that highlight the beauty and authenticity of each species. I take the time to photograph these models as much as in my backyard or at the other end of the ocean, regardless of the weather.
My images convey a great calm and reflect the tranquility that I find in the wilderness.
RECONNECT
It is in the wild state of the elements that I find my inspiration. My job is to capture the most intimate moments of birds and share them in hopes of nourish that passion for wild beauty, whatever the species.
My goal is to inspire people to appreciate all forms of wildlife. By connecting you with nature through my work, I hope it brings you a greater sense of tranquility, a hint of the wild side of nature, a little back to basics, while doing that, from the comfort of your home or business.
Nature is art in itself.
